Dr. Ayala earned his medical degree at the University of El Salvador and completed residencies in internal medicine and family medicine at the Social Security Hospital (El Salvador) and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (El Paso, TX). Since 2010, he has served the El Paso community with a strong focus on family medicine, geriatrics, and preventive care. Patients trust Dr. Ayala not only for his medical expertise but also for his compassionate approach and ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

History Of Beginning
Dr. José-Ruben Ayala began practicing medicine in El Salvador in 1997 and has been serving patients in El Paso since 2010. After completing residencies in internal medicine and family medicine, he opened Comprehensive Primary Care PA to bring compassionate, bilingual healthcare to the El Paso community.
